Hazel Hills is a residential treatment center for women suffering from substance abuse located in a modern treatment facility in Owingsville, Kentucky. Our program integrates the best practices of clinical drug treatment with a time-tested faith-based recovery model.

Hazel Hills utilizes the best practices of clinical drug treatment combined with a core Christian discipleship program. Hazel Hills is a CARF accredited, state-licensed Alcohol & Other Drug Entity (AODE) and Behavioral Health Services Organization (BHSO) Residential Crisis Stabilization Facility. These designations signify that Hazel Hills utilizes the best practices of clinical drug rehab. We have a physician as our medical director, licensed counselors and certified alcohol & drug counselors (CADCs), pastoral counselors and trained peer support specialists staffing our treatment program.

The treatment program is holistic with CARF-accredited clinical programs, medical services directed by an addictionologist, a spiritual-centered approach that includes the 12 steps and chaplaincy care, and a broadening scope of vocational training opportunities for clients. At ARC, we are leading the way when it comes to combining drug treatment and vocational training that results in second-chance employment. ARC’s Crisis to Career approach allows those suffering from substance use disorders to re-enter the workforce and live nourishing lives.
